How are you different?

Great question! No sure if this makes us different but we are pretty ordinary people – friendly, approachable and honest. And always happy to talk about property and share our passion with like-minded folks.

How does it work?

This is a little tricky to answer! The basics are outlined at the top of this page. Beyond that because the opportunities within property vary so widely so do the opportunities for us to work together. We could simply source properties for you through our wide-ranging contacts. We could work with you right through purchase and refurb, then into managing the let property. Or we might spot a completely different opportunity. Best thing is to start talking and get to know each other.

I don’t know anything about property

That’s ok, we didn’t when we started out, but we do now. We’ll be here to work with you every step of the way. And if we don’t know something, we almost certainly know the right person to ask.

Is property investing safe?

No investment is 100% secure. Governments change, natural events occur, often incredibly unexpected. Over the years property has proved itself a solid investment. Most if not all of the entrants on the Sunday Times Rich List, for example, own property. Key to successful property investing is buying the right property at the right price and if done well it can lead to a long-term secure, low-input asset. Passive income, if you like. Finding the right property for you at a good price is what we do. But we absolutely cannot guarantee a successful investment outcome. Property investments, like other financial investments, can rise and fall. Please only invest with us if you are 100% confident you do want to go ahead. We will always be more than happy to discuss your concerns.

After the sale of our property fell through we spoke with Izzy and Dean and discussed how we could move forward. They explained how we could split the title to create two properties. This was done and the properties were refurbed. They handled all the planning permission, building regulations and the renovation and we were kept fully informed along the way. The end result increased the property value by at least £200,000, we are very happy with the result.
